In view of the principle of confidentiality for customers, the following can only briefly describe the process.
1.The liquid material is added from the liquid feed port on the top of the reactor, and the powder material (or slurry) is also added to the kettle through the manhole under the protection of a dust collector.
2.Stir in the kettle with a paddle mixer.
3. With the rotation of the paddle mixer, the liquid material and the powder material (or slurry) are gradually mixed uniformly.
4. When the materials in the kettle meet the quality requirements, open the bottom valve of the kettle. The finished material is discharged to the finished tank.
5.Fill from the finished product tank to the filling machine.

Q : Can you send the formula for the products we want to make ?
A : Our machines can be used for many kinds of product making ,such as Resin , Paint, Adhesive , Cosmetic , Food , Chemicals . There are many kinds of these products , so it's impossible for us to know all the formulas and technologies. We can assist you to find the raw material list you need , and after you place order with us , we can help you to find formula and technology , there will engineers to teach you how to make the product , and the cost will be on your account.
Q : Do you have machines in stock ?
A : Yes, but only the minicomputer machines are different from other products, most mainframes are designed according to the requirements of our customers, and different customers have different production requirements, so the technical parameters of most machines are different On the other hand, we Most of the machines will cover a large area, so once the machine is finished, we will ship it after QC.
Q: Can you send us the detailed drawing of the machine before we place the order?
A : We can send you the sketch of the machine, after you place the order and pay the deposit, our engineer will send you the detailed drawing of the design. Once you confirm it without any doubt, we will put it into production.
Q: Why does it take at least 20 days to complete the machine?
A : After receiving your deposit, we will design drawings and make a list of materials and accessories required for production. Once the drawings are completed, our workers will start production, from welding, polishing, assembly debugging, testing, etc. After completion , they need time to inspect the machine and if they find any possible defective parts, they will return to production until each part passes 100%.
