Reactor operation process
Feeding:Add raw materials in the order of the formula (to avoid violent reactions).
Heating/cooling:Control the reaction temperature through the jacket or coil.
Stirring reaction:Adjust the speed to ensure uniform mixing.
Monitoring parameters:Real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, pH value, etc.
