There are mainly water-based PU adhesives and oily PU adhesives. PU adhesives are mainly produced by reactors and are mainly used for bonding of PU materials such as PVC, TPR, rubber, nylon cloth, ABS, and synthetic leather.
As a typical main reaction equipment in chemical production, the reactor is used to disperse and mix a variety of materials through stirring, heating, and cooling, so as to carry out reaction polymerization and so on. Realize the heating, evaporation, cooling and low-speed mixing functions required by the process. Subsequently, the pressure requirements in the reaction process have different requirements for the design of the container. Stainless steel reactors are different according to different production processes and operating conditions. The design structure and parameters of the reactor are different, that is, the structure of the reactor is different.
The reaction solvent can be put into the inner layer for stirring reaction, and the interlayer can be passed through different cold and heat sources (refrigerated liquid, hot water or hot oil) for cyclic heating or cooling reaction. Through the interlayer of the reactor, a constant temperature (high temperature or low temperature) hot melt or cooling medium is injected to heat or cool the materials in the reactor at a constant temperature. At the same time, the stirring reaction can be carried out under normal pressure or negative pressure according to the requirements of use. The materials are reacted in the reaction kettle, and the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution can be controlled. After the reaction is completed, the materials can be discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the kettle, and the operation is extremely convenient.
Reaction kettle product classification: The reaction kettle is the main reaction and stirring equipment in chemical production. Generally, there are stainless steel reaction kettles, carbon steel reaction kettles, multifunctional stirring kettles and other structures:
1. Transmission mechanism: motor, reducer, frame, coupling, bearing, connecting plate, etc.

5. Stirring speed: The choice of stirring speed depends on the material stirring requirements. Generally speaking, several liquid materials need to be mixed and reacted generally at 50 rpm-85 rpm. If it is required to disperse the powder into the liquid, generally choose 500 rpm-1500 rpm. If it is required to emulsify the oil in water or emulsify and mix two incompatible liquids, generally choose 2500 rpm-3500 rpm.
